Due to the nature of digital marketing, website development, and consulting services, all payments made to DriftDigify are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Our services involve time, expertise, strategy, and resource allocation, which are considered delivered once the project or campaign has begun.
Service-Based Refunds
Digital Marketing Services
(Social Media Management, Paid Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing)
Fees paid for marketing services are non-refundable once campaigns, content creation, or account setup has started. This includes strategy development, ad account configuration, content planning, and execution.
Website Development & Design
Payments for website development projects are structured in milestones. Once a phase (design, development, revisions, or deployment) has been initiated or completed, that portion of the payment is non-refundable.
If a project is canceled by the client before work begins, a partial refund may be considered, excluding administrative or consultation fees.
Consulting & Strategy Services
All consulting, strategy sessions, and advisory services are non-refundable, as value is delivered through time, expertise, and insights provided during sessions.
Subscription & Retainer Services
For ongoing services (monthly retainers), payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
Clients may cancel future billing by providing written notice prior to the next billing date. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active billing period.
Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation of services at any time by contacting us. However:
- Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed in full
- No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress work
- Any outstanding balances must be settled before project closure
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate payments
- Billing errors
- Failure to deliver agreed-upon services (subject to review)

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting DriftDigify to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this policy. We encourage clients to reach out to our team so we can address concerns promptly and professionally.
